The hotel had nice, modern rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast area was a bit congested, but the room layout was impressive. The location was peaceful but close to public transport. The option to skip daily housekeeping was convenient. A good choice for a comfortable stay.

The staff was exceptional, and the hotel was spotless. However, the small rooms lacked a kitchen and the breakfast was mediocre. Despite some hiccups with the room reservation, the modern design and convenient amenities made it a good value.

We were there for 2 days, everything was great, appreciated its superior location just off Alexandria, the Washington metro system, a business district. Rooms with seperated bedroom and the king sized bed, for instance. Excellent customer care too. The stay was great.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to nearby attractions and has a convenient parking garage. Despite some breakfast disappointments, the overall experience was enjoyable. Nearby landmarks like the National Inventors Hall of Fame Museum and Cameron Run Regional Park provide great family bonding opportunities. The relaxation facilities added to our enjoyment.

The premium bedding and laptop-friendly workspace were a cherry on top for me as a parent trying to catch up on work while on vacation.

The air conditioning was a bit loud for my liking, but I'm sure others might not mind it.

I had a fantastic experience at Springhill Suites. the staff was incredibly friendly and even texted us daily to check if we needed anything. the room layout was perfect for my family of 5 or 6, and the free WiFi was a great bonus. the room was well-designed, with a partitioned desk that broke up the typical "box" feeling. the comfortable bed, quiet AC unit, and free amenities like shampoo and body gel made our stay even better. Having a microwave and a couch to relax on was a real plus, especially for doing some school work. And the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this property.
